BEIJING(Asian Metal) 1 Dec 17 – Current mainstream prices for Chinese powder vanadium pentoxide 98%min stand in a range of RMB128,000-131,000/t EXW D/A 180 days, unchanged from last week. Because producers do not have pressure from stocks, industry insiders predicted that next week the price would keep stable.
A producer from North China stated that they sold 30t of powder vanadium pentoxide 98%min at RMB129,000/t EXW D/A 180 days this Wednesday, unchanged from last week when they sold 20t of the material also at MB129,000/t EXW D/A 180 days. ”We do not want to lower the price because sales performed well and we have no stock pressure,” said the source, adding that they believe the price would not change in the coming week.
