BEIJING (Asian Metal) 28 Dec 18 – According to statistics from Asian Metal Database, Chinese vanadium pentoxide flake producers’ operating rate reached 60.62% in November 2018, up by 0.49% compared with 60.13% in October 2018 and up by 2.2% compared with 58.42% in November 2017.
