Australian Vanadium’s roast

AUSTRALIAN Vanadium is working on roasting technology with minerals processor Metso that pelletises the vanadium rich iron concentrate from its mine in Western Australia’s Murchison more efficiently than the rotary kiln method.

Metso has a grate kiln system that makes iron ore pellets that can be applied to similar roasting applications, which AV will leverage in the next phase of definitive feasibility study pilot testing.
