Bulk Vanadium Price Is High, Limited Transaction

www.ferroalloynet.com:At present, there is more active in domestic vanadium marekt, and the bidding price of VN alloy rises slightly compared with the early weeks. VN alloy manufacturers offer firmly in cash of 168,000 to 170,000 CNY/Ton; the transaction price is in cash 165,000 to 166,000 CNY/Ton in bulk goods market, and steel bidding price is stable in acceptance of 170,000 to 172,000 CNY/Ton with tax. Ferrovanadium manufacturers offer in cash of 120,000-125,000 CNY/Ton, but transaction has no follow-up for the time being; traders offer is in cash of 115,000-120,000 CNY/Ton and scattered transaction prices are low.

It is reported that Tranvic and Desheng have started to sign orders of V2O5 flake one after another. Tranvic plans to sign orders for 400-500 tons this week with long-term  agreement order  price of 112,000 CNY/Ton in acceptance including tax. Retail V2O5 flak price is higher in cash of 110,500-112,000 CNY/Ton, but the turnover is limited, so the information is also relatively chaotic in the market. The downstream alloy factory said that the high price was unacceptable in the short term, and the intended purchase price was 109,500-110,500 CNY/Ton, which is not more than the large factory price.
