China finishes second round of environmental acceptance check

Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) announced on 8 December that the central environmental inspection teams have finished acceptance check in Shanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Anhui, Shandong, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, Guizhou and Shaanxi by 6 December. During this period, over 38,000 complaints were received from local citizens and 2,177 persons were punished.
