Citic Metal Rolls Over Ferro-niobium Price For Q1
Citic Metal, the exclusive sales agent in China for ferro-niobium from Companhia Brasileira de Metalurgia e Mineração (CBMM), has set its quarterly price for the January-March period at 205,000-225,000 yuan ($31,669-34,758) per tonne, unchanged from the prior quarter, market sources told Fastmarkets.
The latest price is equivalent to around $49-54 per kg, according to Fastmarkets’ calculations. Fastmarkets does not currently assess prices for ferro-niobium.
