December vanadium pentoxide consumption analysis

www.ferroalloynet.com: According to Ferroalloynet incomplete statistics, December vanadium pentoxide output was 6998 tons, including 5800 tons of flake and 1198 tons of powder; ferrovanadium output was 2754 tons and vanadium-nitrogen output was 3315 tons.
2754 tons of ferrovanadium (about 1028 tons of ferrovanadium 80#) should consume 3370 tons of V2O5 flake, and 3315 tons of vanadium-nitrogen should consume 4674 tons of V2O5. In December, V2O5 export volume and the quantity of long-term orders totaled about 450 tons. Thus the total consumption of vanadium pentoxide should be 8494 tons. But the actual output of vanadium pentoxide was 6998 tons, lower 1496 tons than the estimated consumption. It was because some factories replaced part of V2O5 with ammonium metavanadate.
