Entering Chongyang, China’s Vanadium Township—The 13TH China Vanadium Industry Development Forum
At 8 o’clock in the morning, the bus full of participants departed from Wuhan Huangpi Ramada Plaza Hotel on time and headed to Chongyang to embark on a trip to China’s vanadium township.
The first stop came to Chongyang Qingfeng Technology Co., Ltd., which was incorporated in November 2014. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, processing and operation of vanadium products. The main product is vanadium-nitrogen alloy. The company insists on “building a domestic first-class vanadium product enterprise” as its goal, “continuous improvement, pursuit of excellence” as its management philosophy, “technology leadership, excellence” as its quality policy, and “customer first, honesty and trustworthiness” as its business tenet. Focus on developing new products, focus on management, focus on upgrading the enterprise, focus on quality for efficiency, never forget the original intention, keep the mission in mind, forge ahead, and build the company into a leading and well-known vanadium product deep processing enterprise in Chongyang County.
At Qingfeng Technology, the guests visited the production links of vanadium-nitrogen alloy, vanadium pentoxide and ammonium metavanadate dehydration and deammonium, and exchanged and learned on the spot.
Then the second stop came to Chongyang Xinrui Vanadium Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2013. The plant covers an area of 40 acres and has an annual output of 5,000 tons of vanadium products. The main products include ammonium metavanadate, chemical vanadium, V2O5 flake, 50 ferrovanadium, and vanadium-nitrogen alloy.
In Xinrui Vanadium Industry, the visit is mainly the vanadium-nitrogen alloy production workshop and the vanadium pentoxide storage workshop.
At 2 pm, the tour continues. The third stop came to Chongyang Jiufu Technology Co., Ltd. Founded in 2010, the company is a modern enterprise specializing in the production and processing of vanadium products. The main products are vanadium pentoxide, 50&80 ferrovanadium, vanadium-nitrogen alloy and a series of products .
In Jiufu Technology, the guests visited the raw material storage workshop and the vanadium-nitrogen alloy production workshop (temporarily suspended).
At the last stop, the guests walked into Hubei Jingyang Technology Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2002. The company covers an area of 21333.4 square meters with a registered capital of 60 million yuan. It is located in the “Vanadium Capital of China” and “Wuhan 1+8” Chongyang County, Xianning City, Hubei Province, is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the research and development, production, sales and service of vanadium series products, mainly engaged in vanadium products such as vanadium-nitrogen alloy and ammonium metavanadate.
At Jingyang Technology, the participants once again walked into the production workshop of vanadium-nitrogen alloy to visit and exchange.
At 3:30 in the afternoon, the visit activities ended, and the guests returned to the hotel by bus one after another. This also marked the official end of the welcome dinner and awards ceremony of the 13th China Vanadium Industry Development Forum.
