Evraz Q3 VANADIUM production update

| Evraz announced that vanadium slag production increased by 2.5% quarter-on-quarter, mostly due to higher pig iron output. In Q3 2017, output of final vanadium products grew by 4.0% quarter-on-quarter amid higher ferrovanadium production, mainly on the back of improved availability of oxides.
