Four Departments: Strengthen Supply And Price Stability Of Important Raw Materials And Primary Products

Four departments including National Development and Reform Commission recently issued a notice on doing key work well of cost reduction in 2022. The notice proposes to strengthen the supply and price stability of important raw materials and primary products. Four departments shall continue to ensure the supply and price stability of energy and important raw materials, and ensure the electricity supply for livelihood of the people as well as the normal production and operation of enterprises. They shall strengthen domestic resource production support capabilities, accelerate the exploration and development of oil, gas, minerals and other resources, and ensure the supply of primary products. They shall strengthen the connection between production and demand of raw materials, and promote the linkage between upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. They shall further strengthen market supervision as well as price monitoring and early warning of bulk commodity.
