Heilongjiang Jianlong Iron And Steel Signed An Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries(VRFB) Energy Storage Industry Chain Demonstration Base

On May 10, Heilongjiang Jianlong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and China Vanadium Alliance (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd. held a video cloud strategic cooperation signing ceremony. Zhi Jianwei, member of the Standing Committee of the Shuangyashan Municipal Party Committee and Deputy Mayor, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech.

According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate with top vanadium energy storage scientific research institutions and enterprises at home and abroad to open up the whole process of vanadium titanomagnetite smelting, high-purity vanadium pentoxide preparation, vanadium electrolyte production, vanadium flow battery manufacturing, and wind power energy storage. It will build Heilongjiang Province into China’s advanced vanadium energy storage industry chain demonstration base, and build China’s first vanadium liquid flow energy storage whole industry chain demonstration base, China’s vanadium-titanium magnetite smelting, high-purity vanadium preparation, Vanadium flow battery manufacturing and energy storage R&D innovation manufacturing center project.

It is understood that China Vanadium Alliance (Beijing) Technology Development Co., Ltd. is a new high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, design, production and sales. Heilongjiang Jianlong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has rich vanadium resources and molding product processing technology. Under the active promotion of Lingdong District, the two parties reached a win-win cooperation intention of resources and technology, which also marked a new breakthrough in the construction of major projects and the development of new energy industries in Lingdong District, which is of great significance for further improving the city’s economic development level and driving the development of new energy industry.
