Desheng entrusts materials processing to other producers and Panzhihua-based producers are mostly engaged in OEM because of the tight supplies of raw materials. With low availability, Chines vanadium prices stand at highs, the producers extracting vanadium from stone coal are yet to resume, and some of them plan to resume but now are still under overhaul. The total output of vanaidum pentoxide flake is increased from last month.
