Most of them do business with their regular customers with small quantity of orders, and they are reluctant to remain production if they can’t purchase raw material at a price they can afford. Therefore, ferrovanadium 50# operating rate sits at lows and some factories have suspended production since the second half of May, posing the output in decrease.
