It has the advantages of high power, energy, high efficiency, low cost, long service life and no pollution. It can be used in photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation, distributed power station, grid peak shaving, communication base station, UPS / EPS Power supply, transportation and municipal administration have good application prospects. The company’s products currently cover the whole series of vanadium liquid flow batteries of kilowatt level, gigawatt level and megawatt level Battery energy storage system. Zhang Zun, general manager of Shanghai Tianyi ship design company, introduced the power distribution scheme of lithium battery for 120 container ships. Participants agreed that, after 2-3 years of joint efforts, it is possible to realize the application of “vanadium flow battery” in the marine battery market. Among them, small capacity “vanadium flow battery” may coexist with “lithium battery”, and large capacity “vanadium flow battery” may replace “lithium battery” due to its high reliability (service life of 20 years) and flexibility of vanadium solution layout.
