November V2O5 flake output is expected to be stable

In October, the total output of three major large-scale factories was 2000 tons, and the output of Pangang was 3300 tons. In November, Desheng may reduce the production by 100t ons, and the output of Tranvic may be lowered slightly. Although Panzhihua continues to be under environmental inspections, Pangang is not impacted by that and the output may be unchange in November.
