Rio Tinto Dampier Harbor Lifted Port Clearance Status

On 15 January, 2020 – Port Dampier has been cleared for cargo loading as the impact of hurricane Claudia is waning and moving away from Western Australia. Port Walcott will also gradually resume operations and removing the clearance status according to the waves.

Previously, due to the impact of Claudia, Port Walcott started the port clearance process on the evening of 12th, all ships need to leave the port operation area. Dampier port will be cleared on the afternoon of the 13th.
