Russia will raise VAT in 2019

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 28 Nov 18 – Russia will raise the VAT from 18% to 20% since 1th, January 2019. Market participants thought that prices for metals would also go up slightly early next year and they are waiting for more orders before the end of December this year.
