BEIJING (Asian Metal) 25 Aug 19 – With an annual production capacity of 3,600t for ferrovanadium, South Korean Woojin Industry Co., Ltd. expects to produce about 200t of ferrovanadium 80%min in August, unchanged from July.

“Our production would keep stable at 200t this month, unchanged from last most and mainly for ferrovanadium 80%min,” a source from this company said. They quote USD24.5/kg V EXW Busan for ferrovanadium 80%min at the moment, the same as last week. They tried to quote USD25.8/kg V EXW Busan for ferrovanadium 50%min to Chinese buyers during the past week but no consumers would like to accept. Due to lack of orders for ferrovanadium 50%min, they only produce ferrovanadium 80%min at the moment.
