(CSE: SPMT) (OTC Pink: SPMTF) (FSE: A2AHL5) (the “Company”) wishes to announce that it has engaged StoneBridge Partners LLC to provide Investor Relations services over a three-month marketing contract for a total of $19,500 USD. Certain services to be provided by StoneBridge are anticipated to include investor relations activities under the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange and applicable securities laws.
