Technology Metals Australia Ltd Looks for Strategic Partners

Technology Metals Australia Ltd(ASX:TMT) Gabanintha vanadium project now is under the “DFS” stage which started from July 31, 2018, and it is expected to be completed by June 2019.
The average annual output of V2O5 is about 13,000 tons, and it is expected to be put into production in 2021.
Ways of cooperation with strategic partners:
1. V2O5/VTM concentrate long-term purchase agreement;
2. Project debt financing (providing loans);
3. Invest in TMT company through equity or joint venture agreement.
