TNT Mines Enhances Financial Skillset With Appointment Of Experienced Mining And Resources Executive As Non-executive Director

TNT Mines Ltd (ASX:TIN) has boosted the financial skillset of its board through the appointment of experienced mining and resources executive Nader El Sayed as a non-executive director.
He brings a wealth of strategic and financial experience to the TNT board, having played a key role in a number of successful corporate advisory and capital markets transactions and previously serving as a director of ASX-listed exploration companies Spectrum Metals Limited (ASX:SPX) and Hammer Metals Limited (ASX:HMX).
El Sayed holds a Bachelor of Commerce (banking and finance) and a Masters in Accounting from Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia and is currently chief executive officer of Multiplant Holdings, a mining and civil services business based in Perth.
Replaces Peter Woods
He replaces Peter Woods, who was integral in securing the East Canyon Uranium-Vanadium Project in the USA for the company.
Woods has resigned to concentrate on other business interests but will play an ongoing role in the operational management of the East Canyon Project.
TNT Mines thanks him for his efforts and wishes him all the best with his future endeavours.
Additionally, Brett Mitchell will move from an executive director role to non-executive director on the board effective from March 1.
Gold success at Eureka and Warriedar
The company is banking on exploration success at two underexplored gold projects, Eureka and Warriedar, in well-known mining districts of Western Australia with both featuring historic high-grade production and close to operating gold mills.
Eureka and Warriedar have granted mining leases in place on core project areas, have walk-up drill targets already defined and are close to established infrastructure.
Both projects represent opportunities for rapid delineation of large shallow high-grade gold resources.
At Eureka, the company is about to complete 12,000 metres of reverse circulation (RC) drilling while at Warriedar, it is awaiting program of work approval for a first-pass drill program.
