• Fastmarkets’ price assessment for vanadium pentoxide in-whs Rotterdam widened upward to $4.80-6.00 per lb from $4.80-5.75 per lb.
• A 10-tonne deal was reported between a producer and a trader at $6 per lb, as was a 10-tonne deal at $6.10 per lb between two traders.
• A second producer indicated the market at $4.80-5.00 per lb and reported a 40-tonne bid at $4.90 per lb and an offer at $4.80 per lb.
• A trader pegged the market at $4.80-6.00 per lb and reported a 10-tonne deal heard at $4.80 per lb.
• The new range has widened amid increased liquidity. One deal was not included in the final assessment – at $6.10 per lb – it was not considered to be reflective of current market conditions.

• Fastmarkets’ price assessment for vanadium pentoxide in-whs Rotterdam fell to $4.80-5.75 per lb from $5.00-6.05 per lb.
• Around 70 tonnes changed hands this week in deals reported to Fastmarkets 
• A 20-tonne deal was reported between a producer and a consumer at $4.50 per lb. The consumer indicated the market at $4.50-5.00 per lb.
• A 40-tonne deal was reported by the producer at $4.80 per lb.
• A 20-tonne deal was reported by a second producer and a trader at $5.75 per lb. The producer also reported a 10-tonne deal heard at $6 per lb and the trader put the market at $4.8-6.15 per lb. A 10-tonne deal was reported between two traders at $6.15 per lb.
• A second trader pegged the market at $6.00-6.50 per lb.
• A third producer indicated the market at $5.00-6.00 per lb.
• Two deals were not included in the final assessment – at $4.50 per lb and $6.15 per lb – they were not considered to be reflective of current market conditions.
• In light of increased liquidity, only concluded transactions were used to establish the new range.

• A third producer reported offers at $5.00-5.50 per lb and estimated the market at $5.00-5.50 per lb.
