Uranium-vanadium Company Provides Updates

The firm will attend the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference 2020.

Western Uranium & Vanadium Corp. (WUC:CSE; WSTRF:OTCQX) announced in a new release two new events, one impending, the other recently past.

The company indicated it will be at the upcoming Vancouver Resource Investment Conference 2020 on Jan. 19 and 20. In addition to Western Uranium & Vanadium having a booth there (number 519), its CEO, George Glasier, will make a corporate presentation at 1:20 p.m. on Jan. 19 in the Workshop 3 room.

Also, he will be available throughout the conference to meet individually with shareholders and stakeholders. Anyone interested may either set up a meeting in advance by e-mailing the company’s investor relations department at ir@western-uranium.com or stop by the corporate booth at the event.

In other news, on Jan. 6, 2020, Western Uranium & Vanadium granted a number of company officers, directors and consultants a total of 600,000 options to purchase common shares under its incentive stock option plan. Each option allows the holder to buy one common share at CA$1.03 for a five-year term.
