Xichang Steel & Vanadium invites bids for vanadium-titanium pellet

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 25 Mar 19 – Pangang Group Material Trading Co., Ltd. invited bids starting on March 22nd to purchase 40,000t of vanadium-titanium pellet with the delivery to be made from April 1st to 30th.
The closing date for the bids is March 27th.
