Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes announces bidding results for vanadium nitride

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 13 Nov 18 – Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. opened bidding for vanadium nitride starting on November 7, and they announced recently that they purchased 20t of vanadium nitride V77N16 at the final price of RMB785,000/t (USD146.41/kg V) Inc-VAT delivered D/A six months.
This purchase price was about RMB20,000/t (USD3.73/kg V) lower than the market expectation, which might cause the downward trend of vanadium nitride prices.
